Abstract
The issue of rural endowment insurance influences directly the stabilization of society and the sustainable development of rural economy .With the development of commercial economy, it has been an inexorable trend to establish and perfect the law system of rural endowment insurance. It is a good pattern to take the family endowment method as leading, reinforce society endowment insurance, and introduce commercial endowment insurance.
