Abstract

Bidding with low price in bid invitation of building engineering is inevitable requirements of development of socialism market economy.According to the difficulties encountered in carrying out bidding with low price in subjective and objective aspects the urgency and necessity to carry out bidding with low price are discussed in order to promote the implementation of bidding with low price.
