Abstract
The strains against Fusarium.Oxysporum f.sp.were selected from endophytic bacteria in cucumber through PDA plate culture,which would be the strain resource for cucumber diseases prevention in future.The results indicated that among the 52 endophytic bacteria,14 strains(about 26.9%)were of antagonism against Fusarium.Oxysporum f.sp.and the maximum radius of inhibition zone was as long as 6 mm.
