Abstract
The change of flux,yield and protein content of Filtration of 1,3-propandio broth by metal membrane at different conditions.Base on it,the filter mechanism of membrane is studied,the parameters of filtration by metal membrane are determined.The result shows,100 nm membrane is suitable for filtration of 1,3-propanediol broth,deionized water is sustainale added with 20% after 2 hours from start filtering,at 4.2/3.6 MPa pressure,60 ℃,pH value is 7,5 h to complete filtration,the yield is 87% or more,the running time is short and the pressure is minimum for the following process.
