Abstract
Digital signal processing(DSP), which is one of the key techniques in software radio, has been widely used in modern electronic area. First, basic concept of software radio is described briefly. Based on this discussion, a type of general digital signal processing platform implemented by TMS320C6X series DSP is introduced in detail for reconnaissance and measurement of HF signals. The structure of hardware, working principle and characteristics of such equipment are discussed respectively. The implementation of DSP algorithm and experimental results are also presented for modulation recognition and demodulation.
