Three central problems and solving tactic "Morden Distance Education project in rural areas" to promote the process of rural educational E-educationg

Because of worse natural environment,weak educational infrastructure and lacking funds of investment at vast poor rural areas in China,the gap of educational development is greater between rural and developed area.The government is active to carry out the modern distance education project of primary and middle school in rural areas,in order to promote rapid development of the E-education in rural areas and elementary education in our country.Many problems have been met in implementing distance education project in rural areas,and according to analysis the author reduce those problems to three: human problems(ideal problems),equipment problems and resources problems
