Abstract
The contents of Na、K、Ca、Mg and Fe in tea leaves and soil which were collected from 10 tea gardens of Fenghuang Mountain in east of Guangdong Province were determined by using atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. In addition, soil exchangeable base cations in soil of tea gardens were extracted by amine extraction method. The results showed that the tea leaves in Fenghuang has ample contents of mineral element. The contents of mineral element in soil were higher than the average level in Guangdong Province. The contents of Na、K and Mg in tea leaves were high positive correlated with the content of exchangeable base cations in soil. And the content of Ca was high positive correlated with the content of total Ca in soil.
