Abstract
Under the theoretical framework of industry technological chain,it analyzes the spatial distribution,spatial characteristics and governance structure of the global semiconductor illuminance industry in order to provide suggestions for upgrading of Chinese semiconductor illuminance industry.The key for local industry upgrading is to connect the local industry technology system with advanced technology systems of developed countries,to infuse the local technology system into the global technological chain and international technology system,and to continuously make incremental technological innovation.And it is also necessary to actually identify the limits of industry technology and timely develop the substituted industry technology to upgrade the industry technological chain.
