Abstract

Food safety becomes an important issue in the present world.It is necessary to insure food safety for human health.Hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) system is a preventive system of quality control,and a guide to build modern food safety system.Food safety issues are discussed,and application of HACCP system in the food safety areas is also introduced.
