Abstract

Jilin Province is the marked province in the whole development of China,which shows 2% of the three quotas-its land,population and GDP.The private economy has become a strong group to put the local economic development forward in Jilin.But some problems cannot be ignored in the course of the private economic development.We should create better surroundings for the sound development of the private economy from our mind,systems and ways.
