cooking and nutrition education speciality' s discipline building need to solve two problems:teacher-weakness,the imperfect of cooking facilities,teaching equipment and textbooks.Relying on basic research of food discipline,we should focus on three directions such as cooking cultural research,cooking techniques research,cooking nutrition research.
