Abstract
Qin Ji is the national history of State Qin in the period of Spring and Autumn and Warring States.It recorded the important historical events of the the State Qin from the period of the King Xianggong to Warring States times.Qin Ji’s time span is longer than Chun Qiu’s.There are the book’s partial contents in Shi Ji.The content of Qin Ji mainly has three aspects: the celestial phenomenon,administrative regionalization and the battles with brief writing.Not only Qin Ji is a key event in the process of learning the culture of ritual music in the Western Zhou Dynasty,also is the most important symbol of the independence of culture to the State Qin.
