Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical hyperlipidemia treated with simvastatin efficacy and safety. Methods Diagnosis of hyperlipidemia of 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the simvastatin group (A group) 65 cases,31 males and 34 females, age (60±8) years old,to simvastatin 10mg,each late 1;fenofibrate group (B group) 65 patients,32 males and 33 females, age (58±9)years,fenofibrate 1 to 3 times a day. Results Simvastatin treatment serum TC,TG,LDL-C increased significantly better than lipid-lowering effect of fenofibrate, before and after treatment were significant differences(P0.01).Conclusion Hyperlipidemia treated with simvastatin effective and safe disease.
