On Venture Management on Enterprise Supply Chain

Modern enterprise should have management ability on supply chain risk.The supply chain risk is that of supply,price,inventory,demand,transportation,and financial products.the problems of supply chain management in China's enterprises are low management on supply chain,weak cooperative awareness between enterprises,low operation efficiency,and insufficient qualified talents in supply chain management.Therefore,we should increase decision-making ability of purchase contract management,promote close cooperation and management among all cooperative companies in supply chain to maximize the profit according to foreign optimal programs on controlling management structure of supply chain.The main measures to avoid supply chain risk are actively to employ high-tech logistic facilities,improve management techniques,optimize supply chain management by information and network technology,and promote modernization of logistic management.
