Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of tropisetron and granisetron for treating vomiting in tumor chemotherapy.Methods:90 patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into tropisetron group and granisetron group,45 cases in each group. The patients in two groups received the first chemotherapy. The degree of nausea and vomiting as well as the effects were observed and compared. Results:The curative effective rate was 75.5% in the tropisetron group and 71.1% in the granisetron group, which the effects in the two groups were similar(P0.05).Conclusion:The antemetic effects of tropisetron and granisetron are basically similar.Tropisetron is taken only once a day with more convenient.
