Abstract
Using the sample method, the impact of road construction on biodiversity of different vegetation layers was studied with 6 indices in Qiliyu. It showed that:(1) Species diversity of tree layer was the most in the least disturbance of road construction, and a relatively large value in the middle disturbance, and a least value in the most. It had more correlation between species diversity and environmental factors in tree layer.(2) Richness and evenness of shrub species were all relatively large at the most interference, middle and least disturbance region. Diversity had no significant changes.(3) At the most disturbance region, richness, diversity and evenness of herbage species were the most. But at the least one, richness, diversity and evenness were the least. Dominance was little in the most, and it was the most in the least disturbance. There was the most correlation between species diversity and environmental factors in herbage layer.
