Analysis the uterine atony hemorrhage

Objective To investigate uterine atony causes postpartum hemorrhage and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis 2006 January-January 2009 uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage 27 patients,to strengthen uterine contractions、uterine contractions and other methods of drug treatment. Results After treatment,27 patients were recovery.No patients dead. Conclusion Uterine atony bleeding incidence due to psychological factors lead to sympathetic vasomotor function changes,the presence of antenatal complications and prolonged. Postpartum hemorrhage in the cause of uterine inertia,active prevention,treatment may avoid hysterectomy,will help preserve fertility.
