Abstract
The basic property, molecular structure and thermo-property of high market-recognized polypropyl-ene resin for nonwoven spunbond layer are analyzed. The 52 g/m2spunbond-meltblow-spunbond(SMS)non-woven was made of the polypropylene resin, the properties of the SMS nonwoven are tested. The results showthe properties of polypropylene for medican SMS nonwoven spunbond layer are: melt flow rate3.5 g/min, mo-lecular weight distribution4.0, ash content0.015 %.
