The application of anti-human large cell lung cancer monoclonal antibody in the immunohistochemical detection

Abstract
To investigate the application of anti-human large cell lung cancer monoclonal antibody in the immunohistochemical detection of clinic,the anti-human large cell lung cancer monoclonal antibody was prepared and purified,and its purity was measured.Then the monoclonal antibody was used in the immunohistochemical detection of lung cancer cells and paraffin section of the lung cancer.The results indicated that the caprylic acid-ammonium sulphate method was suitable to purify monoclonal antibody in ascites.The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the preparation of monoclonal antibody of the large cell lung cancer could specifically identify large cell lung cancer.The monoclonal antibody of anti-human large cell lung cancer may be used in clinical immunohistochemical detection,which can provides a reliable auxiliary index for diagonisis of early lung cancer.
