Abstract

Monoclonal antibody (McAb) was highly specific- to its antigen. Therefore, it was very attractive to explore the possible use of McAb and its conjugate for cancer treatment. The antitumor antibiotics of enediyne including neocarzinostatin, lidamycin. calicheamicins and their monoclonal antibody immunoconjugate were specifically summarized.
