Reflections and Practice on Improving Education Qualityof Local Colleges

Education quality is the life of a school. To improve the teaching quality of local colleges, a correct understanding of the education quality of the higher education in a popular style should be formed. All the faculty's taking part in the management of the teaching quality, controlling quality in the process of the implementation, establishing suitable education quality evaluating system and encouraging mechanism, and taking a series of measure of control and evaluating quality should be adopted. In addition, the higher education of our country should be researched, especially in educational reform, to improve the talent training quality.
