On the Transformation of Local Government Role in the Reconstruction of the Urban Village

Abstract
The fundamental objective of the reconstruction of the village in the urban area is to improve the living environment of urban residents and raise the level of the whole city.The wrong location of the local government role leads to the violent demolition and is not conducive to the justice and harmony of the reconstruction of village in the urban area.The local government should complete the transformation of their role from both macro and micro levels,build a service-oriented government,and provide effective services to the reconstruction of village in the urban area.
