Studies on the pteridophyte flora of Qiyun mountainous region in Anhui Province

Qiyun mountainous region,which locates at the south of Anhui Province,belongs to the mid subtropical area.Its natural conditions are relatively superior,its pteridophyte flora is abundant.There are 91 species (including varieties and subspecies) represented 54 genera and 29 families in this flora.Comparing with six florae,the integrative coefficient of this flora (-0.592) is the fifth.By analysis of the floras components and characteristics,it indicates that the types of area pattern are of diversity,the genera and species distribution patterns are classified into 12 types respectively.The flora has close affinity with subtropical flora.In the seven relevant mountainous regions,the floristic elements of this flora are similar to those of Mt.Huangshan,Mt.Jiuhuashan,Mt.Tianmushan and Mt.Lushan,but this flora has the closest relationship with that of Mt.Huangshan.
