Application of Time-scaled Network in Project Management

This paper analyzes the time-scaled network plan applied to confirm critical path,gain time factors,control network plan and so on.The result shows that time-scaled network is the scientific expression of the construction progress,helping construction and supervision corporation to make the construct plan,control,monitor and manage the projects.
