Abstract

In 21~(th) century, E-commerce has penetrated into every managerial field. This paper systematically reviews and analyzes the characteristics and challenges of corporate reverse logistics in terms of combination of E-commerce and reverse logistics operation, based on which we further propose our rudimentary exploration of further reverse logistics management.
