On Claim of Real Right and Claim of Credit

Abstract

Claim of real right plays an important role in maintaining property right.Claims of real right and credit are the specific application of claim right in property right and credit.Analyzing the relationship between the claim of real right and claim of credit will play a promoting role in improving protection mechanism of the civil law property rights.
