Abstract

Objective:To investigate the conversion to laparoscopy in laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing measures.Method:685 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical data for research,discussion of the conversion to laparoscopy during laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing measures.Result:Of laparoscopic cholecystectomy conversion to open cholecystectomy in 140 cases after operation were cured.Conclusion:Laparoscopy should be decisive,calm,can reduce the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,increase the successful rate of operation.
