Research on VR of Campus Based on MultiGen Creator and Vega

Abstract

A very important application of VR is the combination with GIS.It is one of key technologies of earth,digital city and zone.This paper aims at the teaching area modeling of information department of Wuhan University,using aerial image,digital map,surveying data and digital image of buildings and rebuilds the three-dimension model of the school based on MultiGen Creator.The panoramic real-time driving is realized on Vega and GIS attribute query function is accomplished in the virtual sence.
