Information Construction and ERP Application of Financial Management for Textile Enterprises

The application of ERP in textile enterprise is beneficial to improve the management level and efficiency of the enterprise,to improve its capacity of handling emergencies of the market,and to improve the financial information quality as well.Because of the lack of general planning and compound talents with high quality in the textile enterprises which have bought the RTP software,the success ratio of implementing the informatization of financial management is not high.Therefore,the following measures should be taken like strengthening the general planning and talents cultivation,the full participation and support by senior leaders of the enterprise,and building the information processing flow of the integration of financial affairs.
