Abstract
Shuixi regime refers to local government and local nationality leader power,and the monarch of Yi people in Shuixi was assigned as king of Luodian to establish the local government in the third year of Jianxing in Shuhan and to be the local nationality leader in Yuan dynasty,till the abolishment in the thirty-seventh year of Kangxi in 1474.It is the longest regime of the local government of Yi people,demonstrates the extraordinary political wisdom,comes out many patriotic historical people,draws out a main historical line of Yi people,creates the special political,economic and military systems,forms a special Shuixi culture,playing an important and special role in the history of Yi people.
