Constantly developing socialist democratic politicswas a solemn declaration the CPC made to the world at its 17th national congress.Political development is indeed to change political relation and to adjust political right and power,which is depended on the choice of political value.Such an announcement that People being the host of the country is the core of socialist democratic politics determines the goal and way of developing Chinese socialist democratic politics.
