The Xueshuantong Injection in the Treatment of acute Cerebral Infarction Efficacy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction Xueshuantong investigate its clinical value. Methods From June 2010 to May 2011 were treated 82 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group were taken Salvia Injection Xueshuantong injection therapy, the clinical treatment of the two groups were compared effect. Results The clinical effective rate was 90.24%, significantly higher than the control group (P 0.05); neurological deficit scores were significantly reduced after treatment in the two groups, the observation group decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction significant clinical effect, can effectively improve neurologic impairment, adverse reactions, worthy of promotion and application.
