Abstract

Two-year-old seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis were inoculated with three kinds of Ectomycorrhiza fungi inoculum,Suillus bovines,S.luteus and Boletus luridus. The results showed that there had evident stimulative effect on improving the seedling's mycorrhizarized level, promoting the survival rate and the height and the diameter at ground level of the seedling, synchronously, decreasing the content of malondialde, increasing the content of chlorophyll and promoting the cumulation of free proline.
