A Preliminary Research into the Farmer Thinking Studies in Pre-Qin Dynasty in the Perspective of Law

Abstract

Being an important school of thought,the farmer was formed in Spring and Autumn Period,and many of their political thoughts should be regarded as the contents of political and legal researches.Especially the ancient plain thoughts of ruling the country are included in the farmer thoughts,and can not be removed from the visual field of law.The farmer thinking in Pre-Qin Dynasty could be divided into two schools namely Xu Xing's thoughts of ruling the country and the farmers' political thoughts in Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals.
