The Methodology of Compilation of Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory and the Present Situation in the Domestic and Overseas

Within the deepening understanding for the relationship between greenhouse gases and climate warming, the compilation of greenhouse gas emission inventory became an important basic research as well as national efforts to establish the corresponding greenhouse gas emissions reduction mechanisms. The international background and origin of the compilation of greenhouse gas emission inventory was described,the methodology of compilation of greenhouse gas emission inventory in the domestic and overseas and the compilation of greenhouse gas emission inventory in China were summarized. The problems existing in our compilation of greenhouse gas emission inventory by now were reviewed. At last,the meaning of the compilation of greenhouse gas emission inventory was illuminated and some proposals to improve the greenhouse gas listing compiled mechanism were proposed in order to enlarge the research scope of greenhouse gases, rich the study methods of greenhouse gas inventory,promote the improvement of China's greenhouse gas inventory methodology system,and provide the basis for carbon emissions scenario prediction in the future,helping to promote the analysis research of carbon reduction potential.
