Building of a Harmonious Society and Innovations in Government Management

To build a harmonious society is a new task facing China,for which,however,the Chinese government is not fully prepared in a series of aspects including the theory,ideology,methods,system of government management and governmental functions.Therefore,government officials need to cultivate their innovation consciousness and work out efficient mode of management, and governments at all levels should reform their administrative approval system and optimize their administrations.Besides,it's also necessary to speed up e-government,promote administrative transparency,separate government functions from enterprise management,community functions,and institution management.
