Abstract
Ehrlichia canis (Florida) in DH82 cells and leucocyte of dog who suffer from canine ehrlichiosis in China were inoculated to C3H mice. They appeared to be infected by the test of PCR on 15 days post inoculation. It is concluded that C3H mice may be used for the laboratory models of canine ehrlichiosis. Further studies are required to obtain more data.
