Abstract
Objective Study on Identification of morbific Bacillus cereus by SYBR GreenⅠReal-time PCR technology in food samples. Methods A pair of specific primers was designed base on the cereolysin AB gene of morbific B.cereus by optimized the PCR reaction parameter morbific B.cereus was detected successfully. Results A Real-time PCR method for rapid detection of morbific B.cereus based on cereolysin AB gene was developed. Its least detection limit is 8 CFU/mL in some food samples. Conclusion Amplification of cereolysin AB gene by the SYBR GreenⅠReal-time PCR method allows faster detection of morbific B. cereus it had more specific and sensation level than traditional biochemical methods.
