Abstract

【 Objective】To reveal the rules of different nitrogen levels on yield and quality of winter wheat under drip irrigation.【Method】 The field experiment was conducted with 4 nitrogen levels:N,(180 kg/hm~2),N_2(240 kg/hm~2),N_3(300 kg/hm~2),N_4(360 kg/hm~2) for investigations of the grain characteristics, tensile properties and flour farimograph index of winter wheat flour and yield.【Result】The results showed that with the increasing of the amount of nitrogen, grain test weight, flour yield, protein content, wet gluten content and the stability time, softening degree increased firstly then decreased, and reached the maximum in N_3;sedimentation volume, water absorption and development time increased;extension area and extensibility decreased gradually.Nitrogen application rate had little effect on the spikes, but the grain number, grain weight, total biomass and harvest index all showed N_3 N_4 N_2 N_1.The highest yield of 9540.15 kg/hm~2was under N_3,which was 24.72%,14.44%and 6.23%higher than those under N_1,N_2(P 0.01) and N_4(P 0.05).【 Conclusion】 The suitable nitrogen quota was 300 kg/hm~2 for winter wheat under drip irrigation which would achieve higher yield and better quality.
