Full crown restoration treatment of cracked teeth

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cracked tooth hidden complete coronal restoration. Methods Totally 130 cases diagnosed as cracked teeth,according to different degree of cracked teeth were divided into two groups. A group: the early group,crack and no pulp symptoms for tooth; first tooth preparation,and crowns; group B: the late group,cleft pulp symptoms for tooth; root canal therapy to improve,after porcelain fused to metal crown restoration treatment. In 6 months,1 year and 2 year follow up time. Results After the treatment of hidden crown repair cracked teeth, the effect were satisfactory. Conclusion The treatment of each stage of tooth crown crack improve masticator function of patients with prolonged service life and of good teeth.
