Abstract

OBJECTIVE To analyze the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis from 2005 to 2007 in order to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.METHODS Drug resistance test was performed for 215 strains of mycobacterium tuberculosis,SPSS 11.0 was performed to analysis.RESULTS Among the 215 Mycobacterium tuberculosis,100 had drug resistance with a rate of 47.51%;10 had multi-drug resistance with a rate of 4.75%.The drug resistance rates were lower than that in 2001-2004;and the number of strains with initial drug resistance was 55%,but the number of strains of acquired drug resistance MTB was 46.59%.CONCLUSION There was a decline trend of the rate of drug resistant of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from the patients. The control of infection sources of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, propaganda of prevention and treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the health education and promotion of DOTS should be strengthened.
