Abstract
Zhengshitang is the office of the prime minister in Tang Dynasty,which is first situated at Menxiasheng and later transferred to Zhongshusheng.This paper attempts to explain the transition of the position Zhongshuling from the ordinary minister to premier and its influence on central government by analyzing the change of the address of Zhengshitang.
