Abstract
Because of the fast expanding of information resources on Internet and the fast changing of information formats,it is necessary to analyze the Internet information resources in multiple aspects.In this paper,the Internet information resources are analyzed through functions of transferring information and the modes of issuing information and the way of organizing information in Internet.
