Abstract

This paper expounds how to input the parameters of gear design through VB programming dialogue box to generate the two-dimensional gear drawings automatically with the technology of OLE Automation in AutoCAD. The system can meet the purpose of fast and automatic drawing of gears which greatly improves the drawing efficiency.
