Abstract

This system used GIS,temote sense and database as it's support,meanwhile,database of hazard and environment as it's base.The core of DSSHMSTR is to set up a series of hazard analysis models, which are used to assist decision makers to make rational plan of hazard mitigation.To build digital hazard mitigation system is the future target of DSSHMSTR.
