Abstract
In response to climate change and global warming,the low-carbon economy characterized with low power consumption,low pollution and low carbon emission has become an increasing world attention.In order to better serve China economic restructuring,commercial banks should seize the opportunity of low carbon economy,speed up business innovation and promote low-carbon financial services development,such as green credits,CDM projects credit enhancement and carbon emissions and its derivatives.
