Abstract

It is probed the processing technologies of extracting dletary fiber and pectin from apple residue by chemical method.In this paper we studied the effects of rate between material and solution,pH,alkaline concentration,reactive time and temprature on obtaining rate,and have gained the optimal extracting conditions of pectin and dietary fiber
