Abstract

Objective: To survey mycoplasma infection in female urogenital tract and analyze the drug sensitivity of mycoplasma in Wuxi. Methods: A total of 2 618 cases of female genital tract infection were performed Myeoplasma susceptibility tests. Results: Among the total 2 618 mycoplasma infection female,2 218(84. 7%)cases were Uu positive,75 cases(2. 9%) were Mh positive,325 cases(12. 4%) were both Uu and Mh positive.Josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline were more effective against mycoplasma infection. Conclusion: Uu is the main pathogen of female genital mycoplasma infection. Josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline are the primary choice for female genital mycoplasma infection in Wuxi. The drug sensitivity test can guide the rational drug use in clinic.
