Abstract
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the price quotation based on the quantities bill, points out the problems of the price quotation based on the quantities bill existing in the public bidding, and in the light of the current price quotation based on the quantities bill, puts forward some corresponding correcting measures.
