Abstract
It is the expected perspective of our nation to create education, and quality creative teachers are the assurance to realize educational creation; therefor,educational creation calls creative teachers.As creative teachers,they have to change traditional education idea, to improve thier quality ,to establish the creative thinking and ability,and to become creative teachers with creative personality.
